Cockburn Masters is a swim club affiliated through Masters Swimming WA and until 2008 was known as Spearwood AUSSI Stingrays. Based at Coogee Beach and the new Cocburn ARC, the club is growing rapidly and offers a wide choice of activities for all of its members of many different ages and abilities.
Masters Swimming is an Australia-wide association of swim clubs for anyone aged 18 years or over. It is a national organisation with State branches and a network of affiliated swim clubs in each State.

The Club promotes the Masters Swimming objectives of “ Fun, Fitness and Friendship through Swimming ” and new members are welcome at any time.
Please feel free to contact us for more information on the Club or membership or simply come along to one of our sessions to try it out. Our sessions are aimed swimmers of all abilities, through coaching, programs, sprints, longer distances and open water swimming but also making it fun.
The Club's marquee event is the annual Coogee Jetty to Jetty Swim, where all members volunteer to help plan and organise this special community event held annually in March at Coogee Beach. Further details below.

"The best family-oriented swim in the West" will be back in March 2018. Entries opening on 1 September 2017.
With over 1,100 registrations this year, this event is more popular than ever and a terrific community event not to be missed.
The 250m Try It Swim was a great addition for 2017 and will be continued along with Kidzone and the City of Cockburn Community Big Breakfast. Entries for the main distances (750m and 1500m) will be limited to the first 1,000 online registrations so make sure you login and enter early so you don't miss out.
