The Club's marquee event is the annual Coogee Jetty to Jetty Swim, where all members volunteer to help plan and organise this special community event held annually in March at Coogee Beach. Further details below.
Coogee Jetty to Jetty Swim XXI - Sunday 12th March 2017
After last year's successful 20th Anniversary Jetty to Jetty Swim, now it is time for our 21st Birthday! We may not have the STS Leeuwin II tall ship sailing alongside the swimmers at Coogee Beach this year, but we are aiming for our 21st to be "the best family-oriented swim in the West".
This year, a new 250m Try It Swim will add to the activities available for younger children (aged 8 up) and compliment the Kidzone introduced last year. The traditional swim distances of 750m and 1,500m will again be the centrepiece of the event, with a limit of 1,000 swimmers so be sure to enter early so as not to miss out on this fantastic community event.
Go through to our event website at www.jettytojetty.org.au for all the details.
